Hakan Uendemir, B.Sc., J.D., LL.M. (Edinburgh)

Mr Uendemir specializes in Civil Law, Corporate Law and Public Law. He carries out efficiently all types of registrations in Austrian Public and Court Registers for our clients and is also a well renowned litigator in Austrian Civil and Corporate Law proceedings through all instances. Due to his profound background in business administration, he is the ideal legal adviser in court and out-of-court corporate matters.

He was a co-lecturer at the Austrian University of Applied Arts (Architecture) from 2014 until 2015 for Construction and related Regulatory Law. Furthermore, he worked on the update of the well-renowned Austrian handbook of the civil engineer law and contributed the chapter “The Civil Engineer in Public Law”. Mr Uendemir is fluent in German, English and Turkish.
